This environment represents a military base camp designed specifically for mobile game platforms, with a strong focus on optimization and performance.
All assets were created using Autodesk Maya for modeling, Substance Painter for texturing, and final renders were showcased using Marmoset Toolbag. Photoshop was used for texture touch-ups and presentation.
The project follows a PBR (Physically Based Rendering) pipeline to ensure visual consistency across lighting conditions, while maintaining a low poly count to suit mobile specifications. To balance performance and visual fidelity, I used a combination of tileable textures for large repeating surfaces and unique textures for hero assets.
Key considerations included:
1. Optimized UV layout to reduce texture usage and boost game performance
2. Use of shared materials for optimization
3. Clean topology and LOD-ready assets
4. Modular design for reusability and scalability
This environment demonstrates my ability to create game-ready assets optimized for real-time rendering on mobile devices, without compromising visual quality.
